REQUIREMENTS:

Because of the nature of this type of rental;
and because the Elektra is a primarily owner occupied condo building;
we do have to comply with City of Seattle rules and Elektra Homeowner Association Rules.

With regard to the City, we do have a full size rental agreement.
With regard to the Homeowners’ Association we have to run a credit/criminal check.  Yes, even on a three day rental.


 

RATES:

The Urban Cabin Studio Suite:
$99.00 per night: 1-13 nights
$89.00 per night: 14-29 nights
$79.00 per night: 30+ nights

Charges in addition to nightly rate:
$35.00 Credit/Criminal check - applies to all rentals
8.9% Tax - applies to terms up to 29 days.  No tax on stays of 30 days or more.
$500.00 refundable Damage Deposit due on stays over 29 days.
