Splendid 1 bedroom Suite:

$140.00 per night – 30 nights or longer


The Urban Cabin Studio Suite:

GENERAL RULES:

Nobody wants to be regulated by too many rules, but to keep our lodging safe, clean and enjoyable for all of our guests, we ask you to respect our rules and to please take extra care in helping to keep our properties in good condition.

THIRTY NIGHT MINIMUM STAY REQUIRED ON ALL RESERVATIONS – no exceptions.

Check in is at 3:00 p.m. or later, and Check out is by 11:00 a.m. These times allow adequate time for cleaning between guests.  Early check in or late check out may be possible if no other guests are checking out on the day of your arrival, or checking in on the date of your departure.  Exceptions only by verbal approval just prior to the date of your request.

Guest Terms & initial reservation limits occupancy.  Exceeding limits will result in extra per person daily charges and may terminate occupancy without refund of deposits, rents or other charges.

No parties or gatherings are allowed that would disturb neighbors or violate association rules or governmental ordinances.   Please observe voice levels while walking in common area hallways.

NO SMOKING: Violations will result in a $250.00 additional cleaning fee per occurrence.

 

There will be a charge of $400 for lost or misplaced keys.

Inappropriate behavior such as loud and/or vulgar language and/or drunkenness is strictly prohibited. Guests evicted for violating property rules will forfeit the funds paid for the reservation.

No pets or animals of any kind are allowed. Violators will be assessed an additional cleaning fee of $250.00 if animals are found on the premises.

Electrical rates are high and consume energy. Please turn off lights, televisions, etc. when not in use.

Properties are cleaned after departure and may be cleaned during occupancy depending on the length of your stay.  Additional cleaning can be arranged for an added fee of $105.00 per cleaning.  Please put your dirty dishes in the dishwasher and run the dishwasher upon your departure.  Please discard your trash in the trash chute located in the marked door towards the end of the hallway. Excessive cleanup after your stay will be charged to your credit card at the rate of $35.00 per hour.

Long distance phone service is not available.  Local calls are complimentary.

Guests are welcome to use laundry facilities in properties.  Front loading washers do not require more than ¼ cup soap, using too much soap causes oversudsing resulting in the washer not completing its cycle.  For the studio unit, or for large loads, you may use the coin operated laundry facilities located on the 2nd floor.  Use your front door key to unlock the door.

Do not intentionally destroy, deface, impair or remove any part of the property, equipment, furniture or furnishings.  Your credit card on file will be charged for all damages or missing property.

Keep doors locked when out of the property.  When departing, guests are asked leave the keys on the table and return furniture to its original position.   Do not let strangers into the building at the front door, have them show you a key, or instruct them to call whomever they are to meet to gain access to the building.

Payment Options: VISA, MasterCard, Cashiers check, Money Order or Cash.

A confirmation of your reservation will be mailed along with directions and contact information.  Please call at least 24 hours in advance to make your check in arrangements. 

 

 

Rates quoted are based on double occupancy. Add $15.00 per person per night for each additional guest. Parking is $150 per month and prorated at $15.00 per day for any partial month stay over 30 days. Reservations for parking must be made in advance, and subject to availability.

The Elektra staff and concierge are NOT employees of Pike Place Suites and cannot help with check-ins, parking or any other issues. All reservations, check-ins and concerns must be handled through Pike Place Suites.

CANCELLATIONS:
30 days or more prior to your date of arrival: a 100% refund, or full credit toward another date.
15  - 30 days prior to date of reservation: a 50% refund or a 75% credit toward another date.  If you choose to have a refund and have the refund processed on the initial date you were to arrive, and we are able to rebook the dates you reserved in full, then a full refund will be given.
0 to 14 days prior to date of reservation: No refunds or credits unless we can re-book the dates you had reserved.   If we are able to re-book the dates you will receive a full refund.
